Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of plants, returns are generally not accepted. However, if the plant arrives damaged, you may contact us with opening video of the damaged product, and we will offer a replacement or refund as deemed appropriate.

If there is damage to the plants in the courier which you pick up correctly within the time period specified by us, you can inform to our official mail id along with the opening video. There will be no replacement for orders received late

If you wish to cancel an order, please send a cancellation request to our official email, mentioning your Order ID. If the order has not been dispatched, we will process the cancellation and initiate a refund within 24 working hours.

Refund Policy: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [7-10 business days] after approval.
