We ship live plants and take all necessary precautions to ensure they arrive in healthy condition. Plants are typically shipped within [10 to 15 working days] after an order is placed. Once the plant is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking ID

Delivery Instructions: You are required to collect the plant within 2 days after receiving the tracking ID to avoid damage due to delays. If the plant is not collected within this time, we will not be responsible for any damage that may occur.

Customer Responsibilities:

Once the plant is delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to care for it according to the instructions provided. We are not liable for plant health after delivery unless it is proven that the plant was damaged during transit.
